Important thing was my wife loves them. But that didn’t stop me from running out at the crack of dawn for two toe kicks and an extra shelf anyway (also ended up working for two hours because REASONS ) . It was just SCREAMING at me all last night. One less thing to ignore on the to-do list, so win-win.

Good followup. That plug for the back door one must be supremely annoying though.

It has an oversized coverplate so I went to swap in a normal one and space the shelves to my liking. Take off coverplate. Gaping 2" hole to the right against the box. Sigh and put the oversized plate back on. It was on there for a reason, I blame myself for trying.

You could always center the shelf and cut a semicircle out in the one area to allow plugs in.

Nah, I'd sooner add another shelf below and just cut down the bottom of the coverplate with a coping saw.

Then, those tall boots in the first pic might not fit. Maybe just leave it the way it is. Great craftsmanship on that shelf.

Can we get a Photoshop request out in to monkee? Maybe give some cool Nikes, help you out a bit? Or go the other way, some clown shoes?
